One (1) used Bosch Model ALK 3040 Ampule Filler/Flame Sealer. This filler features 4 head flush / fill / flush and flame seal, a Bosch CPU, capable of speeds up to 200 ampules per minute. Ampule size range 9mm - 26mm diameter X 60mm - 160mm height. Fill size range: .5ml - 25ml with change parts. Currently set up on 10ml ampules. Equipped with a slant tray infeed to a timing helix screw, automatic star wheel feeding ampules into 4 up indexing conveyor, 4 head flush / fill / flush head, (4) 10ml piston pumps, 4 head gas sealing station.
