This machine features six mixing speeds with clutch operated engage/disengage control, 15-minute timer with hold function, power bowl lift, system includes plated 140 quart bowl with aluminum beater and dolly, plated bowls, aluminum beaters and adapter rings for 80, 60, 40 and 30 quart bowls, most bowls have splash guards. Painted steel construction with stainless steel guarding over lift slides and jack screw.
