Unit features all butt weld construction, Heliarc/Plasma welded, all welds passivated, 2B finish, 12 gauge 316L stainless steel through out. This unit is equipped with the following 1 - 16" flange in top center for man way, 1 - 16" blind flange with garlock gasket, 1 - 2" flange inlet, 1 - 2" flange outlet, 1 - 2" flange for nitrogen, 1 - 2" flange for vent, 3 - 2" flanges for spares, 1 - 1" coupling for thermo weld, 1 - grounding clip, 2 - lifting lugs, standard flange and dish top and bottom. Mounted on (4) 3" x 3" x 1/4" stainless steel angles with base plates with hole for anchoring. Approximately 17.5 clearance from floor. Side and bottom Insulated with 3" of mineral wool insulation. Jacketed with a welded 14 gauge type 304 stainless steel jacket. Tank dimensions 54" diameter x 72" straight shell.
