One (1) used Accutek Model Accu-Vac 6 Automatic Vacuum Liquid Filling Line for Glass Containers**. Filler is capable of production speeds up to 60 bpm. Container size range of 1" to 4" dia x 3" to 12" height, with 10mm to 120mm cap diameters. Labels up to 5.75" web with x 15" length, and neck bands of 16mm to 95mm lay flat. Line consists of: Accutek 42" diameter stainless steel unscrambling disc, Accu-Vac 6 head vacuum filler with 6 x 1/4" od diving nozzles, fill volume of 8ml - 32oz in one dose, neck locker, drip tray and bottle counter. Accutek 3 station semi-auto spindle capper with single level gripper belts, Accutek Labelette Model APS-106 wraparound pressure sensitive labeler with hot stamp coder and Accutek tamper evident bander / shrink sleever with vertical perforation, registration, container spacing assembly and with Model G9A-25A hot air shrink tunnel. Conveyors are stainless steel frame primarily with 4-1/2" wide plastic Delrin tabletop chain, with labeler having 3-1/2" wide chain, and neck bander heat tunnel being stainless steel chain. Configured as a 'U' shaped conveyorized line, 121" Long, x 200"Long, x 180" long, for an overall floor plan of 255" x 216". Previously used for e-cigarette vape liquid refills, 30ml, 50ml & 120ml.
