GlobePharma’s New SIMPLEBLEND™ - 3 Lab-Scale Blender is an all stainless steel tumble V-Blender for use with powders.

FEATURES:

  • All stainless steel construction and on casters
  • Control box with Touch Screen HMI to set times and start-stop the system.
  • Direct Drive
  • Optional intensifier bar drive
  • Optional high-speed solids intensifier bar
  • Optional integrated SIFT-N-BLEND™ attachment for eliminating the pre-screening step before blending.
  • Optional Safety-interlocked guard
  • Sanitary butterfly valve

Controls:

The advanced controls will display and control:

  • Vessel Speed (if variable shell speed option is selected)
  • Vessel run time
  • Intensifier bar speed (If variable Intensifier bar option is selected)

When the Intensifier bar drive is selected, the operator can pre-set 3 sequential blend segments and the blender can be programmed to stop between segments.

Upon an E-stop interruption or a power failure the system memory will retain the elapsed times of the batch and the operator can decide to complete the run or to start over.

The screen will also indicate:

  • Any alerts including interruptions, completions, and resets
