Labeler features all stainless steel and aluminum construction with glass bead finish, 3.25" wide x 92" long table top chain conveyor with rex 820 style chain, 1" wide x 32" long container hold down belt driven by and synchronized with conveyor with manual adjustment for containers up to 13.5" high, 1" high x 14" long belt for wrap around label applications, roller chain container alignment station with independent stepper motor drives by superior electric, pacing wheel with independent drive, label heads (s# 7060 & 7125) have 6" web width and peel plates, manually adjustable micro switch label space sensors and angle adjustability, factory operator control station is touch sensitive with independent control of each label head (product and label position and head speed) and single machine speed control, 115 volt, 1 phase, screw down leveling feed and casters. Formerly used in cosmetic packaging.
