This kettle features 316 stainless steel 115 gallon capacity, designed for full vacuum internal, MAWP Jacket 40PSI @ 287 degrees F, MWWP Internal 15PSI @ 250 degrees F. Kettle complete with side scrap counter rotating agitator and hydraulic lift to lift cover and agitator. Electrical 230/460/3/60. Included Mocon recirculating water heater. Kettle mounted on portable stainless platform. Equipment purchased in 2009 and never used in production.
