This unit features stainless steel construction, approximately 32" diameter x 12" straight side, removable dish top, rated fill vacuum at 338 internal, jacketed for 100 psi at 338 f, top mounted anchor agitator with 2 hp motor drive, off center Ross emulsifier, model HSM501 with 1.5 hp motor drive, side lug mounted.
