Unit includes Uniflow coil sidewall jacket, separate zone 1-1/2" thick fiberglass insulation with T-304 S.S. hemispherical bottom sheath extending to top sidewall, T-316 S.S./T-316-L S.S. swing bolted, dished top head with FDA silicone O-ring gasket. Lee #12 Tri-Mix Turbo-Shear, full-extended, heavy-duty agitator fabricated of T-316 S.S. with molded nylon scraper blades. Outer frame and scrapers powered by a 25 H.P., 230/460 volt, 60 cycle, 3 phase, T.E.F.C. gear head motor giving agitator speed of 24 RPM. T-316 S.S./T-316-L S.S.
