One (1)  New Acasi Model TruSort-SO Bottle Unscrambler. Model TruSort-SO is capable of feeding and orienting plastic and metal containers. The TruSort-SO (Secondary Orientation): To automatically feed containers into a production line, some containers require secondary orienting so the containers are in the right position before going into the liquid filling machines or packaging equipment. Additional orienting is necessary when the bottle coming out of the bottle unscrambler gets delivered into the conveyor in many positions; an example of this would be a motor oil quart with the off-center neck. On a typical bottle unscrambler, the containers will feed these non symmetrical containers either neck leading or neck trailing, so to automate the packaging line, you need to add secondary orientation.

• Pre-feeder built at an angle to minimize bottle damage.
• Single hand wheel adjustment for intake and delivery carrier belts, additional tweaking is also possible.
• Spacing belt for bottle feeding and spacing, gear motor driven.
• Delivery carrier belts have additional adjustments to guarantee container placement on conveyor.
• Single gearbox for main belt system eliminates all the belts and springs of the transmission system, powered by ¾ Hp motor.
