This unit features dynamic cap-tightening spindles that increase roller to cap contact throughout the tightening process and protects the cap finish and virtually eliminates roller wear and particulation, freestanding, self-contained unit, installs easily over conveyor hand crank height adjustment allows a single operator to change over the system quickly with no tools, Individual spindle adjustable applied torque controller, tightening rollers and infeed belts individually adjustable and clear polycarbonate guarding. Cap size range 0.5" to 4.0" diameter (12mm to 100mm) and container speeds up to 300 cpm.
