One (1) used Olsa Model MAC 300L with a maximum recommended working capacity of 300 liters (80 gallons), a minimum working capacity of 45 liters (12 gallons) and a full holding capacity of 350 liters (92 gallons). General features of this reactor are the following:
Fixed vessel type with flanged and bolted top cover (no lifting arrangement).Vessel is portable with four (4) tubular stainless steel legs and four (4) sanitary swivel type caster wheels with brakes. Legs to provide for a 24” valve-floor clearance. All product contact parts are type 316L stainless steel polished to a 320 grit mirror finish (<15Ra) and electropolished. Exterior of vessel and cover are polished to a 180 grit fine satin finish.
• Unit designed for full vacuum operation and internal pressure to 50 psig (3.5 BarG), at 350oF (177oC). Includes ASME code stamp and registration.
Agitation system for mixing high viscosity formulations consists of two independently driven top-entering coaxial agitators, including:
• Outer anchor agitator with Teflon scraper blades, driven at 42 rpm by a 3 HP, 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz, TEFC motor. Approximate tip speed = 1.7 m/s. Internal counter-rotating blades driven at 90 rpm by a 1.5 HP, 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz, TEFC motor. Approximate tip speed = 1.7 m/s.
Top includes (3) 3" , (3) 1 1/2", (1) 2" Tri clamp connections. Includes Weigh-Tronix Model WS-130 scale and weigh cells. Year built 2003.
