One (1) used Uhlmann Thermo Forming Blister Machine Model UPS4 MT, Aylward feeder, and PLC controls. 272mm x 284mm max format. Speeds from 15 to 50 cycles per minute, rated up to 640 blister/minute, max depth of fill: 12mm, max web width: 300mm with film thickness from .01mm to .5mm. Will handle PVC, PVC/PVDC, PVC/PFC, and polystyrol. With film unwind, vision system, Siemens PLC control, scrap rewind shredder and printer, and Uhlmann E3060 bundler.
Rebuilt in 2004 by Uhlmann.
